Klepon Gula Merah

Klepon are foods that belong to the group of traditional snacks. The food is made from glutinous rice flour are shaped like small balls and filled with brown sugar and boil in boiling water.


Klepon ripe then rolled on top of grated coconut to stick, so it seems be covered by  grated coconut. Not only children who love the green cake spherical small balls with a layer of grated coconut in the outer shell, adults and even the elderly have very fond of this cake. Materials:
1. Rice Flour with good quality as much as 50 grams.
2. Pasta Green Pandan of approximately 2 small spoon or teaspoon.
3. smooth Glutinous rice flour 250 grams.

How To Make:
1) Mix glutinous rice flour with salt and whiting and mix while adding water little by little, stirring constantly until well blended and the dough.

3) Then, take the dough about 1 tablespoon. Round, then pipihkan, give a little slice of brown sugar in the middle of the dough and then round it off again. Do this until the dough runs out.

5) Lastly, sprinkle with grated coconut on it.
