Gence Ruan is the name of dish that a bit strange to us. This
dish comes from East Kalimantan with fish as the main ingredient haruan or gabus fish that cooked using soasoning. Tasty and delicious.
Materials / ingredients:
- 2 tails (200 grams) regenerations fish (catfish)
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoning
- 75 ml of water
- 1 teaspoon of tamarind
- 1 tablespoon oil for frying
Ground Spices:
- 10 red onions
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 2 large red chilies
- 4 curly red chilies
Processing Method:
- Shopping catfish from head to tail is not broken. Marinate fish cork with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Let stand 15 minutes. Grilled fish until cooked and fragrant.
- Stir-fry until fragrant spices. Add water, salt, sugar, seasonings, and tamarind water. Cook until done.
- Loose grilled fish with seasoning stir cork. Serve.
