It's been a long time to me not share anything for you readers. Today I would like to share again of course about food of Kalimantan.

Ingredients:
1. flour
2. Brown Sugar
3. pandan leaves
4. Water

How to make:
1. Grease a round baking pan with cooking oil
2. The flour, water and brown sugar in a container stir until blended
3. Pour the batter into the baking pan that has been spread cooking oil
4. Steam the dough for about 45 minutes
5. Once steamed move Apam from the baking pan, and Apam ready to provide.
