Lempok Durian, Pontianak



Pontianak, equatorial city located in the equator. Pontianak is composed of diverse ethnicities and tribes. Not surprisingly, the province has once  interesting culinary lovers can indulge tongue.In this occasion I will share about food is a mainstay of society Pontianak is Lempok Durian. Lempok is typical comestible Indonesia originating from durian.



Lempok which is a kind dodol but do not use materials like flour mixture, but one hundred percent using the basic ingredients durian. If mixed with flour then the name is dodol durian, lempok durian but not mixed with flour. For those of you who will visit the city of Pontianak is indeed very regrettable if you do not try this delicious lempok durian . Ingredients:
a. Durian 
b. granulated sugar
c. salt

How To Make:
1. Split durians  and its contents were taken, separated from the seeds.
2. Add sugar as much as 1 kilogram for each meat as much as 4-5 durians and 2 teaspoons salt.
