Bubur Gunting or Scissors porridge



Scissors porridge usually has a thick sauce has a sweet taste because it is made from green awning and starch. The food is indeed very unique and delicious, you too can make it and enjoy it with his own hand processed so you do not have to buy outside the home. To process these foods is very easy and simple. Material porridge scissors :
75 grams of rice flour
50 g sago
1 tsp lime
200 cc coconut milk, heat
enough salt

Sauce :
250 grams of brown sugar, sliced
500 cc of water
2 pieces of pandan leaves
350 cc coconut milk
100 gr jackfruit, roughly chopped
enough salt

How to make porridge scissors :
Mix the rice flour, sago, lime and salt water. Pour the coconut milk a little while mix until smooth.
Boil water. Milled dough 0.5 cm thick and cut into 3 cm long, straight put in boiling water.
cook until the floating lift and soak boiled water. Set aside.
