Head Catfish Spicy Sour


These food is a daily food that all people are familiar with it, this food fits in well to eat with rice or without rice. Not much I can explain but for those of you who are intending to try to make this dish at home, we provide guidelines on how to cook it. Here's the explanation:



Ingredients:
1 piece Head Catfish split in two.
3 stick long beans, cut into2 knuckles pieces.
1 slice cabbage, cut squares.
1 piece of red pepper, cut diagonal.
1 green chilies, cut diagonal.
1 ripe tomato, cut parts.
1 tbsp tamarind water.
1 vertebra galangal, crushed.
1 stalk lemongrass, white part, crushed.
Sugar and salt.
1 liter of water.
Cooking oil.

Ground spices:
7 cloves red onion.
3 cloves of garlic.
5 grains of walnut.
1 piece paste/terasi.
little turmeric.

How to make:
Stir fry the seasonings until fragrant and then set aside.
Boil water, put the seasoning + galangal, lemongrass, tamarind water and head catfish, after half cooked add the beans, cabbage, red peppers, green peppers, tomatoes, sugar and salt.
Finalize. Serve while warm.
